Whenever i'm trying to download roblox in mac it says 'Roblox Not Able to Download or update'?

• Am I able to download the game Oxenfree on Macbook Pro through Origin? This is probably stupid but I bought the game without reading the details of what computer I needed. It's still plugged in and working, the battery just says 'plugged in, not charging'.
